Gail was terrific to work with. She has exceptional market knowledge, and her experience in executing these transaction made the process seamless. Advice on what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale was spot on. She was there for every open house and showing with prospective buyers. This may seem like an "of course" observation, but it has been my experience that not all selling brokers operate this way. There is just something about face-to-face meetings that make it a better experience for both sides of a real estate transaction. Her depth of experience, advice, kindness, positive attitude and helpfulness drove this sale to its successful conclusion. Sadly, I will not be selling another home any time soon, as I would welcome the chance to work with Gail again.
