I found Melissa to be responsive, proactive is addressing any stumbling blocks to ready the property for sale and bring it to closing. She was very knowledgeable about listings and sales in the area surrounding the property. She was always accessible for questions and communicated clearly any concerns she had. If it were not for Melissa taking the initiative to address a couple of crisis, the property might still be on the market.

Having Dominic as my agent was amazing. First time home buyer so I’ll admit I went in a little unsure but Dominic was patient, answered my questions, and got me pointed in the right direction. During home visits he he showed his knowledge and experience in the field when he pointed out things to make note of and made sure we looked at everything. After a couple of weeks living in the new property I had some questions for the previous owners and he helped me get in contact and get my questions answered. Overall it was a great experience. Dominic was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped remove a lot of the stress of the process for me. 10/10
