We purchased our house with a FHA/Rehab loan and sold our house to someone using a V/A loan. Both of these loans lead to very detailed processes in buying and selling. Anthony was very knowledgeable about both of these processes and helped us navigate our every move. He is a terrific communicator and helps you throughout the process and answers your calls and texts 7 days a week. One strong characteristic of Anthony is that he will fight for you and your family to get the best deal possible. He also knows the local market and what to expect with prices. We started out trying to sell our house at 450K and ended up closing at 495K. Some would say this was all luck but part of it was Anthony finding the best buyer while communicating with other realtors. We would recommend buying or selling with Anthony in a heart beat!
