We had an offer for way, way over asking price the third day, I think, but on Mary's advice, we kept it on the market three more days -- and got almost 30 offers total, if memory services. She knows this area and will really help you out.

Suzanne is extremely knowledgeable and helped us immensely in finding a home that fit our budget with features, such as location and amenities, that we desired.
