Thank you to Susan Batterton for advising Roger and me of the vision you had for our home when we first contacted you. We trusted that you had the expertise and knew how best to sell a home like ours. It was a monumental task to clear it out after our 33 years there and with all the other family items from the 30 years before we arrived. With lots of help and professional contractors, gardeners, packers, and stagers, we were able to complete the task after several months. It was all worth it in the end when you were able to sell the house for above asking to a local family. We hope they will be as happy there as we were. Many thanks to you, Susan, and your kind and professional team that all contributed to the eventual sale.
