When we did begin making offers, Sue was excellent at letting us know what to expect would happen and when to expect it. There were very few surprises during this whole process. Once our offer was accepted and the stressful period up to closing began, Sue was great at calling or texting us any info she had, even when there was no update to give. Sue made us feel like an absolute priority. She worked around our schedule; taking calls at night, working on the weekends, and even coordinating with other agents to make sure we could see houses as soon as possible.
