I came here from Caracas to buy two condos as investments. Larry listened to me describing what I need and spent nearly three weeks with me showing properties, helping to analyze them as investments and walking me through the purchases. He brought me to the title company’s attorney to form LLCs for both properties and helped me to set things up with my bank and with the various governments ( tax numbers etc). And when the state of Florida made it hard for me to buy one of the properties he backed me out of one of my purchases with no penalty and found a new property for me. And then he found tenants for both properties and set it up so I can get the rent and pay expenses with no problems. He made hard job easy. Simply put, he knows his business.
