Irina was my agent for a co-op purchase and was great to work with! This was my first time buying a home, which was very intimidating for me, but she helped me every step of the way. She was informative, responsive, accommodating and patient. Always answered my texts and emails right away, and followed through with items she had to address. She let me know what to expect next and helped me package the appropriate documents. There were also a few potential obstacles which Irina saved me from (ex., avoiding a bidding war) and that's critical during the purchase process...you definitely want someone who makes it as easy as possible. Irina also lives in the area of my co-op, so she was able to tell me about the neighborhood and give the perspective of a resident.
