Hope was great throughout this entire process! This was a very nerve wracking experience since it was my first time purchasing a home and she put my mind at ease. Hope explained the process from start to finish (more than once) making me feel comfortable when it came time to putting in an offer and purchasing my dream home. Always returns messages promptly and always showed up to each showing with a smile and ready to see if it was the one for me. She helped point out some things in homes that I would have overlooked which was greatly appreciated too. Now I’m in my dream house and I can’t wait to make it my home. 5 stars from start to finish. She always goes above and beyond, making minimal work for me on the selling & buying end. She sends reminders, handles communication with lawyers & other agents, and has showed up to help processes when I wasn't available. She also provides valuable insight into buying & selling price points that are unmatched when comparing recommendations & knowledge from other agents I have used before.
