Working with Cathleen was a joy! She is extremely knowledgable on all facets of real estate. Not only does she really understand the market, she also has excellent insights on remodeling, rental potential, and local contacts. Santina was not only aware of, but ahead of, all the obstacles to getting my late father's house sold, all while I resided out of state. Santina knew what to expect, and has an amazing network of contacts to provide necessary services and get answers. From suggesting the right price when listing, to wrapping up the paperwork, and everything in between, Santina executed every step in such a way that always gave me the utmost confidence that the experience would be timely and pleasant.
