I never sold a house before and Jim's guidance was invaluable for me. He was patient when I asked the same question multiple times. He would check in to be sure I had a full understanding throughout the whole process. Because of the experience Jim brings with him I trusted him to manage the process. As a female seller, Jim was comfortable to be around. I never felt talked down to or devalued in the process. He provided valuable insight and advice from start to finish. When everything was said and done, I was confident that no stone was left unturned and that the entire process was well managed professionally. But Jim also made me feel that I was well cared for as a person too. Jim really brings the right balance of professionalism and the personal touch that gave me an incredible home selling experience. Thank you, Jim!!
