My spouse and I sold are home through Rita this year and she was a pleasure to work with. Rita was extremely patient and with us every step of the way. She gave us all the information we needed, took amazing photos of our property, and advised us on the right time to list. She was knowledgeable and attentive through the whole process and though my spouse and I have moved out of the area, we would definitely work with Rita again if we ever decide to relocate back to Rochester.

Silvia was extremely helpful and dedicated to helping us find our dream home in this crazy house-shopping times that we are in. She went well above and beyond expectations in making sure the process went smoothly. She has helped several members of our family buy and sell homes My brother recommended her to me when we moved to Rochester. The market here was extremely challenging. We had to look at a ton of homes - far more than expected. She was very good about making sure we were able to see so many. She was excellent at assisting us in navigating the strange “delayed negotiation process” that Rochester has right now. The process of buying homes here is much different than in the state we came from. And she was able to make the very difficult process much easier to deal with. We were able to research on Zillow the homes we were interested in narrowing our search with and she was able to use that information to stream-line the process to make things work better You will be extremely happy if you hire her.

John was very knowledgeable for the sale of my house he made the experience much smoother than I expected.
