I can't even begin to put into words how much Judi means to our family! If it wasn't for Judi, we would not be living in our dream house...period...exclamation mark(s)!!! Judi is the epitome of professionalism with a kind caring heart. Not only does she know her stuff, she has your best interest at heart! She truly cares about you and your family. From the moment we met Judi we knew she was the only realtor we could trust and she never let us down! I don't know how she did it, but she was constantly available and willing to guide us at ever turn (and I mean that, she texted or phoned right away). We have been lucky enough to work with Kurt twice! Buying and selling a home in 2012! And then our most recent home search which began in May of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic! Kurt was essential in navigating the real estate market during those trying times. Although it was a difficult search due to inventory issues and record breaking pricing he was with us every step of way. His advice and guidance was paramount in deciding how much was too much to pay. Although it took many months and many unsuccessful offers (cash is king in the market) he preserved and made sure we had the right mortgage broker to be as competitive as possible in this market. Our successful offer finally came after year of searching! He successfully sold our home in less than a week! Our house purchase had many bumps in the road with difficult sellers and he held our hand through the drama and was certain it would all work out in the end, but he answered all my calls and questions effectively. The day we closed was one of the happiest of my life. We have now been in our dream home for almost a year and I am so thankful that he helped us reach this goal! This is our forever home!
