Working with Soo has been a fantastic experience from the moment she stepped foot into our home. Our initial interview call to Soo was made as an exploratory exercise and from there it was off to the races. She brings a "can do" energy that most other agents do not project. We had a one of a kind property with a half hearted desire to sell. We made it clear from the beginning we would not sell for less than our target price. She was up to the challenge and started to market on social media the second she got the yes, we will list. Her marketing skills in the luxury market are outstanding, her relationships and connections with other agents were impressive and while she is incredibly friendly, she is not there to be your friend or waste anyone's time executing a business transaction which was incredibly important to us in hiring an agent. She is business oriented and professional at every turn, along with being extremely efficient and communicative making every single detail of the process clear and concise. Selling our home was very emotional and she rode that wave with us in the most respectful manner. She closed our home for our target price and created a dream scenario for closing.

My wife and I met Soo through our neighbors who sold their home in our neighborhood about a year before we decided to sell. We decided to meet Soo only to begin exploring the idea of selling our home and moving further out into the country. From the minute we met Soo it became so clear she was not only very well versed in everything real estate but she has an amazing personality that puts you at ease. We decided to list our home a week after we met. Soo came with her photographer to take photos of the house for the listing and brought all kinds of staging items to help us put our best foot forward. WOW, the photos were amazing and ultimately we listed and sold our home for $90k over asking price! There is no way we would've been able to do that without Soo Kim! If you are considering listing your home or looking for a buyers agent, Soo will NOT disappoint.
