Our first home purchase was VERY smooth and we closed quickly. Any questions were answered promptly and accurately, if Melissa didn’t have an answer she knew right where to find it. She’s great! Even after closing, checked in to see how things are with the house, and how we’re settling in. I have called a few times with questions well after closing, Melissa did not miss a beat. She’s also got an amazing team she works with to close if you do not have a lawyer and loan officer. Melissa is the real deal!!

Working with Zach was an excellent experience from beginning to end. As the listing agent for my home, Zach demonstrated strong market knowledge and a clear understanding of how to position the property effectively. He provided thoughtful guidance on pricing, timing, and presentation, which gave me confidence throughout the entire process. Communication was one of Zach’s biggest strengths. He was responsive, clear, and proactive, always keeping me informed of next steps, showings, and feedback. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made the process feel organized and stress-free. Zach also carried himself with a high level of professionalism. He was transparent, detail-oriented, and respectful at every stage, ensuring everything moved smoothly and efficiently. It was clear he took ownership of the process and genuinely cared about achieving a good outcome. I would highly recommend Zachary Korzelius to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, communicative, and professional real estate agent. He made what can often be a challenging process straightforward and positive.
