I was very pleased with the market analysis that Mr. Green provided for the neighborhood and surrounding area where the property is located. He was spot on when it came to setting an initial asking price. He kept me informed about visits to the property and shared assessments by clients and other relators showing the property. He guided me, as a first-time seller, through the real estate process and instructed me on my rights and responsibilities and those of the buyer. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work and service of Realtor J. Gerard Green on the sale of my property.
