Nick was very knowledgeable and patient with us during the whole process! We were looking for our first house last summer sort of on the fly because we didn’t anticipate buying in 2025, but we decided we needed to get out of our old apartment asap! Nick was incredible about scheduling us in to see different properties and was very down to Earth and easygoing while pointing out very important details to us. We never felt pressure to pick a property. We had placed an offer on one house and it was accepted, but ultimately my husband (and then later on myself as well) decided it was not the right place for us.
