Despite living in Pittsburgh and selling a house in Wilson, NY, the whole process went smoothly. It took longer to sell than I expected but I suspect the area is outside the range of the typical commuter. Stephanie spent considerable time marketing the house (she even got the house on a television show) and continually monitored the property in our absence. She kept in constant contact (including Skype) and was always willing to investigate and answer any of our questions. In her rating I had to consider the fact NOBODY gets a perfect score.

I have been working with Rabia for many years now. She is the reason that we have not only expanded our real estate portfolio but have also gained strategic footprints in Western New York. She presents opportunities without any bias and discusses pros and cons like a professional. She doesn't push properties onto you, instead, she lets you lead. A rare quality among commission driven industry.

Jen is the absolute best! When selling your house don't even hesitate to work with hee. She knows how to price your house to make it sell. You will not leave money on the table if you go with Jen, trust her expertise she knows what she's doing! She will also have your home staged perfectly. So much that you might not want to sell it afterwards, haha. She also goes way above and beyond what I would expect from any realtor. We went on vacation and my daughter forgot he homework. Can I just tell you Jen drove a half hour to my house picked up the homework and mailed it to her. You have to love Jen!
