Due to the nature of our business, we've sold many houses and; therefore, have worked with many realtors. Kathleen is, by far, the best realtor we've ever had. Her communication skills surpassed my expectations, her ideas and ours were communicated clearly and there were never any misunderstandings. I have never seen a better negotiator than Kathleen, she looks out for the best interest of her customers while maintaining honesty and integrity in all her dealings. She is kind, super fun, and a joy to have her around. I am sure she will go out of her way for you, just as she did for us, and she will get you exactly what you want ... and more.
