Susan King was on the journey with us of buying and selling a home. In both cases, Susan provided insights into property values and neighborhood trends which helped us make informed decisions. Susan answered our questions, explained her marketing strategies, and effectively showcased our property’s best features. Susan responded promptly to our calls, emails, and text messages. She kept us informed of any developments and steps needed to be taken in buying and selling. This helped keep the transactions on track. When Susan was not physically available, she arranged for a Hunt Real Estate team member to assist us with the final walk through of the home we were purchasing. At all times, Susan would make herself available by phone and text messages. Susan and Hunt Real Estate have a plethora of vendor resources to help with purchasing, selling, and moving. After moving and after closing on the sale of our home, Susan checked in with us to see how everything went.
