Jeeva Seevaratnam helped me to buy my first house. It can be a bit scary to buy your first house, but Jeeva made the experience as pleasant as possible. Since I was very new to homebuying, I had a ton of questions and concerns which Jeeva patiently answered. Jeeva even took the time to walk me through what I should look for when we were viewing houses. Jeeva is also very knowledgeable in real estate investment and he shared some of that knowledge with me which I really appreciated. Jeeva is excellent at negotiating. He got me a great deal on my house--I was honestly expecting to pay a few thousand more. During the final walkthrough, we found that the macerator pump in the basement was not working. Jeeva took the initiative and negotiated with the seller for a generous credit to fix the pump. I have worked with a few other realtors and Jeeva was by far the best out of all of them. Jeeva has an incredible work ethic--even while he was recovering from surgery, he was still working and staying in touch with me. While I was working with Jeeva, I never doubted that he was looking out for my interests. Even after I've bought my house, he is still checking in with me to make sure that everything is ok and I know that I can contact him for anything that I need. You can't go wrong with Jeeva!
