Mike Haberl presented himself in a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. Every question was answered timely and clear for me to understand. Mike Explained the process and worked with me during the before, during and after stages of selling our house. Great work ethic! Thank you for a positive experience.

Stepping into the home buying process was stressful from the get go. We initially had another realtor to start who was nowhere near as helpful as Carissa and we are so happy that we were connected to her. Everyone made it seem like using a VA Loan would make our process 100x worse but Carissa came in and reassured us that with her own experience that we had nothing to worry about & she was 1,000% right! From start to finish, Carissa has gone above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. She has not only been professional and respectful but super realistic and catered to our wants and needs. She has always been available for every question, for every doubt, for every single step that didn’t make sense; no matter the time of day, she ALWAYS responded and made sure to get us the answers we needed. She completely shifted our perspective on having a realtor and just as we were at the peak of giving up, she came in at the perfect time and made the entire process feel so seamless. We definitely had obstacles but Carissa’s knowledge and expertise with everything from our loan type, to things we were looking for in a home made the obstacles feel so minuscule. She wasn’t just a realtor for us, she made us feel so comfortable and confident with everything. We have learned so much more about houses through Carissa and would use her a thousand times over. We are so thankful for Carissa and can’t recommend her enough! She completely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be looking forward to having Carissa for future purchases. Thank you Carissa for helping us find our perfect home!

I wanted to take a brief moment to thank Carol for her assistance in selling our home. Buying and selling a home can be stressful at times both financially and emotionally. Carol minimized this in every way possible. Carol was timely with phone calls and emails and always made us feel like we were her only client. Secondly, she knew what she was talking about! She came prepared every time with accurate comparables and spoke from experience with relevant data including matters associated to land, structure and finances. Most importantly, she was savvy and structured with a plan that made sense. This included targeted goals and timelines to set expectations to. Overall, we had an excellent customer experience and will highly recommend Carol to anyone entering the volatile real estate market. Dia & Doug
