I love working with Andrea. We have completed 4 real estate transactions together over the last 6 years. Andrea is incredibly patient, and she has a strong knowledge about the real estate market in our region (not just this town or that), and she is well versed and keeps herself up to date in transaction rules and legalities. Andrea is an excellent Realtor on either side of a transaction (buy or sell). I highly recommend Andrea, and Tom Turner's Century 21 team that supports her.

Despite living in Pittsburgh and selling a house in Wilson, NY, the whole process went smoothly. It took longer to sell than I expected but I suspect the area is outside the range of the typical commuter. Stephanie spent considerable time marketing the house (she even got the house on a television show) and continually monitored the property in our absence. She kept in constant contact (including Skype) and was always willing to investigate and answer any of our questions. In her rating I had to consider the fact NOBODY gets a perfect score.
