"Generally, there wasn't a question that Jerry couldn't answer. He's very knowledgeable of Buffalo and the suburbs and all the MANY houses he showed us. I appreciated that Jerry was patient with us and was NEVER pushy and I can't stress that enough...personally, there is nothing that will shut me down quicker than a realtor (or anyone) trying to push you into something I'm obviously not interested in and Jerry never did that. So for his knowledge and his patients alone, i would not hesitate to contact or recommend Jerry again."

We couldn't be more please with the professional, informative, non-pressuring, expertise of John Spaschak . He is very informative and educates you every step of the way on how the market works and how he can make it work for you. It was never about the sale of our home but all about the marketing. He knows the business very well and will be with you every step of the way, answering all your questions, and always available. As far as a person, John exhibits kindness, patience, integrity, compassion, honesty and gentleness. These are godly characteristics and are extremely important to us and I'm sure would be important to anyone. We can't thank you enough John for how God used you in our live for the sale of our home. You were an answer to our prayers! God Bless you!
