Tim Smith was an excellent person to work with to sell my mother's home. Tim was trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and always responsive to our questions and concerns. He listened carefully to our needs and goals. He was very honest about what we might need to paint, clean, or remove, but he always remained sensitive to the sentimental attachments we had to the house my mother lived in for many years. Tim promoted the sale by taking excellent pictures of my mother's home, which he used to create an effective brochure and online presence that highlighted the house's strengths. His description of the house also helped promote the sale. Tim always went the extra step, even creating a very clever and persuasive video. Selling a home can be stressful, but working with Tim made it manageable. We grew to like Tim very much and came to trust him and his advice. He was always professional, responded quickly, and we never doubted the hard work he put in on our behalf. With Tim's help, we set a fair price, did repairs that helped the sale, and received several offers in just a few days. Tim is an excellent realtor whom I would recommend without hesitation.

Mark was a great help finding the perfect home within my budget, especially as a first time home buyer. I had lots of questions and concerns. He answered all of my questions and was able to work with my tight schedule, getting multiple showings in one day. He was able to refer me to the right people which helped me close quickly and on time! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

We always knew when the time came to sell my brother’s property in Elmwood Village we would reach out to Carolyn Hoyt-Stevens. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the Buffalo area is unparalleled, and her professionalism far outpaces her competitors. Carolyn’s responsiveness to our needs was immediate. Her network is wide and strong and was an enormous asset to us as we navigated the many services needed to empty and clean a legacy home. Her professional style and sharp negotiating skills gave us the confidence we needed to sell this property during an uncertain market period. We trusted her implicitly. The process was quick, smooth and we were completely satisfied with the outcome.
