Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

It was great working with Val! Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond. Val made our selling process quick and easy. She was very knowledgeable of the additional papers we needed to find to help the process move without any problems. She made sure we understood the process and what our next steps were all along the way. Val secured an offer for more then our asking price. I would recommend Val to anyone who is looking to sell their home or anyone looking to purchase.

When we decided to purchase a home in the Catskill Mountain region, we wanted a professional agent who would best represent our interests as buyers. After one phone consultation with Phil at Eagle River Realty, we were sold on his personable and customer-focused style. Phil is the ultimate professional with a deep history of Sullivan and Delaware counties. Phil's commitment to us was outstanding! We recommend him with the very highest regard to anyone searching for a professional, intelligent and customer-focused agent.
