Teri put in all the leg work to make our home sale happen, taking care of all the negotiations, pricing it at the right sale price, coordinating with appraisers and contractors, and even repainting the deck! All that, after she crushed it as our property manager for four years. Always responsive and helpful. Excellent agent and property manager.

Vicki is knowledgable, experienced, and connected with everyone we needed to make this work. I was representing my stepmother and knew little about the house, but Vicki guided me through every step of the way. There were a few bumps along the way that were inevitable with selling a 50+ year old house, but she made the difficult easy. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
