Tess provides referrals to services needed after the sale/closing. Ex: painters, flooring experts. She additionally will provide her own design experience to your interior/exterior to finish the look of your home.

Working with Susan was wonderful! Any time I reached out she was quick to respond. When I first reached out to Susan, it was rather late at night. She got back to me though, and by 9am the following day we had a showing booked for the house we wanted. The sellers were a bit difficult, but Susan powered through every step with me. Her knowledge of the market and what was acceptable on each type of loan was amazing. Even if I hadn't done my research, she would've known what to look for. The few problems we encountered throughout the process, she helped me solve. With her personalized approach, genuine care and support, and problem-solving expertise I would highly recommend her to anyone...even my mother. (And that right there is very high praise!)
