Extremely knowledgeable in the housing market, goes above and beyond what is expected. Has the answers to all questions and concerns. Responds In a timely manner to emails, text messages, etc. would recommend to anyone. very knowledgeable on VA style home loans, understands the VA home buying process, inspections and what is needed to use it.

When I tell you James helped me so much, he went above and beyond!!!!! and that’s an understatement! On so many occasions he had to do the work that the bank should have done which is horrible. shame on you M&T Bank! This was the most frustrating deal ever, and i mean FRUSTRATING-if I did not have James as a Broker, this deal would not have gone through. All I can do is give him a million stars for this review, He cared so much that I didn’t lose my down payment, this man seriously worked miracles, couldn’t be more pleased!
