My wife and I can only rave about our experiences w Charnie Guttmann First and foremost ,she was able to sell our house at a good price when noone else could. 2nd ,she really cares about her clients and fights tooth and nail for every inch them. She took the time to really understand where we stood and what our situation warranted and never deviated from the path of our ultimate success. I could not recommend anyone higher than Charnie. She is warm intelligent ,caring, honest and forthright but most importantly dedicated to getting the best for her clients.

Was one of the best not only real estate agent but person I've ever dealt with. She made the process so easy. Any time a problem came up she was instantly solving them. I would highly recommend Nannette to anyone who is in the market for a house including my entire family.
