She worked well with the listing agent on the house we purchased and the buyer's agent for the house we sold, coordinating the flow of information and next steps so there were no delays. Melinda made the entire process of selling our home remarkably easy. She was enormously helpful and insightful in guiding us through the initial steps of listing our home (decluttering, staging, listing text, photos, etc), and determining a realistic listing price that made market sense and left us quite happy.
