Michele was referred to me by the attorney handling my condo sale and he described her as being like the "Energizer Bunny" -- always on the go to make my sale work. Well, the market proved much more difficult than we expected, mostly due to high mortgage interest rates, and it took more than 6 months before I sold my apartment. Throughout the process, Michele was there for me. We went through a lot together, including frayed tempers when the stresses got high, and Michele persevered and got the deal done. I'm grateful for her help.

My experience with Kathy was very good. I felt like we were on the same page during the whole process. She helped me make decisions offered advice, I would recommend Kathy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
