Michele was referred to me by the attorney handling my condo sale and he described her as being like the "Energizer Bunny" -- always on the go to make my sale work. Well, the market proved much more difficult than we expected, mostly due to high mortgage interest rates, and it took more than 6 months before I sold my apartment. Throughout the process, Michele was there for me. We went through a lot together, including frayed tempers when the stresses got high, and Michele persevered and got the deal done. I'm grateful for her help.

I was impressed that Lombardo Homes & Estates sold my house in one month and also paid my attorney's fee, and his buyer paid the commission. Joseph Lombardo contacted me and said he could sell my house while I was still listed on Zillow as 'for sale by owner, and I wouldn't have to pay a commission. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell and save money!

We had the pleasure of working with Kerri Stretch. She was very detailed, knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to all of the questions we would have regarding the sale of our home. We would highly recommend her for all of your home selling needs.
