We met Karen through Zillow when we were pressed for time to find a house. She immediately impressed us with her professionalism and how accessible she was to answer questions and get us in to see houses. Karen is very straight forward and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and the capital region. We found our home about two weeks prior to the covid outbreak and Karen helped push everything along and was excellent getting answers from the sellers realtor.
