Teri is a wealth of real estate knowledge from markets to marketing and contracts to inspections. She was there every step of the way always with an answer (even to the silliest of questions) and a reassuring response. She is low pressure but highly responsive. She may have an opinion to share about a situation that arises but she will always allow the decision to be yours. When it comes to such a valuable asset as your home or property, you can trust Teri to always have your best interest at heart.

I recommend the people to buy the house or sell, you trust this relator absolutely.

Rarely do I find a professional that is truly great at what they do. I only return to these people when I find them. Armando takes it to a whole new level, his enthusiasm make the whole process exciting and it was more like having the greatest real estate agent as a family member. Oh and he sold our house for over asking in less than an hour of it going on the market. Our listing was so good we actually questioned if we wanted to sell!
