We found Amada Gaudette after eight years of unsuccessful home searching in a difficult market, and working with her was absolutely wonderful. From our first meeting and throughout our initial home viewings, Amanda listened attentively and asked the right questions. She quickly grasped our wants and needs, our essentials and our "nice to have" features, and pointed out potential pitfalls that we would not have seen. She intuitively understood how to harmonize visions that were sometimes quite different. Gradually, Amanda built a home profile that matched our divergent needs and helped us efficiently narrow listings to those with real potential. Despite few homes available, she stayed alert to "coming soon" listings and eventually discovered the perfect match. Our offer, although not the hightest bid, was accepted in less than 24 hours, thanks to the conditions and guidance that Amanda advised. Amanda's encouraging spirit, honest feedback and thoughtful input calmed the stresses of this first-time home purchaser and made us confident in the process and our ultimate decision. I would 1000% recommend Amanda Gaudette at WmPitt Sotheby's to anyone looking for a successful home search. After such a long journey, it's good to say we are finally home!
