Dawn and her team did a fantastic job regarding the sale of our home. Her team came in and made recommendations on details that would enhance our ability to sell the home in a timely manner. She also had a network of people to use regarding : painting, electrician, cleaners that were vey reliable that we used to get our house ready to be listed. Dawn, very carefully navigated thru our difficult divorce to keep the process moving to the sale our our house, while handling multiple offers from sellers and choosing the right deal to complete the sale of our home. I could not have asked for a more professional agent and pleasant experience throughout the entire process.

Faith was absolutely fantastic to work with! She’s knowledgeable, responsive, detail oriented, and had incredible referrals for us. Never once did we feel pressured or as though she just wanted to make a sale. From the beginning, Faith was looking for the right house for me and my husband, not just any house! We ended up buying our home at a lower price than the list price due to Faiths negotiating skills. And because she referred us to highly skilled, yet affordable, professionals for the inspection process, we closed a week earlier than expected! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend her to anyone, especially first time homebuyers, because she goes above and beyond for her clients!
