She also had a network of people to use regarding : painting, electrician, cleaners that were vey reliable that we used to get our house ready to be listed. Dawn, very carefully navigated thru our difficult divorce to keep the process moving to the sale our our house, while handling multiple offers from sellers and choosing the right deal to complete the sale of our home.
