He helped me with the property before showings after snowstorms, he is easy to reach on the phone and he is a genuine good guy. He will tell you the truth about a matter and help you to understand the market and what you should or shouldn't do to get the best result for a sale. He won't pressure you one way or another but he will make sure you make an educated decision. He wasn't just a fantastic realtor, I would say he is an outstanding friend as well.
