Sandra and Rich are a rare breed of realtors. They assisted with every phase of the sale, made sure the deal was on track and that I fully understood the process. Of all the realtors I have worked with in the past, Sandra and Rich are far and away, simply the best. I will only seek their expertise on future real estate transactions going forward. They genuinely care about their clients and show it in every way.

Pat Mangini is an experienced professional. Pat knows the area and the market for existing and new homes. She has great personality, is responsive, patient, energetic, willing to go the extra mile. Pat answered all questions, was always available, kept me informed, and kept things moving. She is a wonderful person and terrific to work with!

Faith was absolutely fantastic to work with! She’s knowledgeable, responsive, detail oriented, and had incredible referrals for us. Never once did we feel pressured or as though she just wanted to make a sale. From the beginning, Faith was looking for the right house for me and my husband, not just any house! We ended up buying our home at a lower price than the list price due to Faiths negotiating skills. And because she referred us to highly skilled, yet affordable, professionals for the inspection process, we closed a week earlier than expected! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend her to anyone, especially first time homebuyers, because she goes above and beyond for her clients!
