Melissa was an invaluable resource to my fiancée and I when purchasing our first home! Without her help, we are almost certain we would not have ended up with the home that we ultimately purchased - which was truly a dream come true. She was extremely proactive throughout the process with sending listings and helping us figure out our likes and dislikes, as well as learning from us and collaborating after going on showings. She also helped us by getting creative with the offer on our house by making certain, reasonable modifications to a traditional offer that differentiated us, and we feel that was ultimately the reason we got the house. We feel so blessed that we had an opportunity to work with her and couldn't recommend her more!

Best in the business. Super knowledgeable, timely and knows how to negotiate. Got us top dollar for our house and helped us buy our new house without getting into a bidding war. Highly recommend Leon.
