It was not easy selling a house in winter time in the northeast due to the cold weather, the holiday season, and especially me (seller) and buyer both out of town. Ruth held up the communications b/t the two parties throughout the transaction. We were able to close the sale in February.

Carla is a fantastic real estate agent. She has been the only agent I have used in selling and purchasing houses in the past 25 years. I have recommend her to my family and friends. She is not pushy on showing houses, she want you to get exactly what is good for you. Which is very refreshing in these times.
