I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

I was impressed that Lombardo Homes & Estates sold my house in one month and also paid my attorney's fee, and his buyer paid the commission. Joseph Lombardo contacted me and said he could sell my house while I was still listed on Zillow as 'for sale by owner, and I wouldn't have to pay a commission. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell and save money!
