Not thinking homeownership was in my cards, I called Janice about a rental she had listed. I was in a bind as far as time. Months later, I am a homeowner. I had no idea about the process and Janice was so patient with me every step of the way. I don’t think this woman sleeps. Every text, every call...always answered right away. She was driving me around in the snow to look at houses. Telling me what areas I needed to stay away from, to quote her ‘you’re not going to live anyplace I wouldn’t have raised my kids’. No clue who to use for home inspection? Janice does. Cesspool inspection? Janice is on it. Need a real estate lawyer? Guess what? Janice has one. She did all the footwork for me with everything and basically just told me when to show up or what I had to do. And every single person she recommended was amazing. I wish I could give Janice 100 stars. And that probably still wouldn’t be enough. Thank you Janice.
