I was selling my house in New Hyde Park. After researching real estate agents in Nassau County I contacted Grace Desiderio at Caputo Reality. We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well. Grace is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, professional, efficient, a pleasure to work with, and successful. The house was sold in record time. I was very lucky to have connected with Grace. In retrospect I think it was fate that brought us together and I’m so grateful it did. I don’t think I could have found a better agent. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone buying or selling a home. Rick La Rock

Carol Gardner is hands down the BEST relator. She went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to list. Always available to answer any questions we had, and did not make us for dumb asking certain questions. She kept us updated thru the whole process. House was listed on a Thursday and we had several contracts by Saturday. If you want a relator that cares and will work diligently to get you the best price, then look no further than Carol.

Very professional and very organized to good and explain the process of very well Definitely a great agency and I will recommend 100%

Working with Joy as my agent was a pleasure. She made my sale her priority. Her knowledge of the real estate market and the staging and photos I know made a difference. She is a professional with a heart as she knows how sellers have mixed emotions about their homes. I really appreciated her sensitivity to that. It was a pleasure to work with Joy and the outcome of the sale was quick. She is impressive for sure!
