Joanne was referred to me from my close friend (who had purchased his home last year with Joanne, too!). Making a long story short, I was extremely satisfied with the whole home-buying process with Joanne. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and having a great negotiation skill. The most impressive thing to me was that she sincerely does her best to show us many candidate homes, offer/negotiate for our best result, lead smoothly/kindly the whole process toward closing, and explain every single detail for us to understand very clearly (although I'm not a native speaker). I strongly recommend for anyone looking for an experienced agent in Long Island to speak to her, as I believe working with a good agent is so important to make it smoothly and safely.
