He had excellent photos of the property taken for the sale. He worked with us every step of the way and went above and beyond what was necessary to complete our sale.

Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way.
