Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights. I will always receive a reply from him. I certainly recommend Guan to my family and friends if they need a real estate agent. I am 110% sure that he could help everyone who is looking for a house, condo or coop. Five stars is the highest, but I think he deserves more than five. What a great client-agent experience indeed!
