Her knowledge of the areas that I was interested in were far beyond my expectations. Not only is Karen knowledgeable about areas she does a lot of research before showing you a home and is a great negotiator. I had no idea what I was doing and Karen took me u see her wing and showed me exactly what I needed to do to get the hone of my dreams!
