We had the pleasure of meeting Richard Bocchieri at an open house a year and a half ago when our family first started looking at houses. From the moment we met him, we felt comfortable as if we knew him for years. His warmth and kindness were evident right away and we knew we had found someone we could trust. Richard helped our family find our dream home and we will forever be grateful to him for that. He was extremely knowledgeable and really understood what we were looking for in a home. Richard was always attentive to our family’s needs and always accessible. Our three children just loved him! We would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Pat explained in detail every step along the way, from deciding to list our home all the way to what would happen at closing. Our house sold in 2 weeks, and I think it sold that quickly because of Pat’s knowledge of the right price point in the current market as well as her marketing skills and strategy. We would definitely recommend to anyone to work with Pat.

He has a lot of patience, we found our dream home near my daughter and her family. He knew what we wanted. We were completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. We highly recommend anyone who wants to buy or sell their home to use Ruben your experience will be perfect. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have recommended him to families and friends.
